既有厂房混凝土屋面板预应力损失及其对其承载性能的影响
Prestress loss and its impact on the strength performance of existing prestressed RC slab
既有建筑构件承载力研究是在役钢筋混凝土结构耐久性评估和寿命预测的关键问题。在预应力混凝土结构中,有效预应力的大小是评估结构承载力的重要参数。然而,目前在工程实际中真正实用可行的预应力损失检测方法很少。本文作者在已完成的既有厂房预应力混凝土屋面板性能试验的基础上,建立预应力屋面板的精细化有限元模型,讨论试验屋面板的有效预应力及预应力损失对构件承载力、刚度、裂缝等的影响。数值分析结果表明:预应力损失对构件开裂后的刚度、开裂荷载等影响较大,不影响屋面板的初始弹性刚度、极限承载力;随着预应力损失的增大,屋面板更容易开裂,开裂后刚度降低幅度大,构件破坏时裂缝分布范围大,其跨中挠度也大。
Research on bearing capacity of structural members of existing buildings is a key issue in the durability evaluation and life prediction of reinforced concrete structures. In prestressed concrete structure,the value of effective prestress is an important parameter to evaluate the structure bearing capacity. However, practical detection method for the prestress loss is rare in engineering at present. Based on the bearing capacity experiment of some existing prestressed RC slabs, detailed finite element model of the testing slab was established. The effective prestress and the effect of prestress loss on bearing capacity, stiffness and cracks of the member were studied. The results show that the prestress loss has great influence on cracking load and stiffness after cracking of the member, but it has no influence on the initial elastic stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity. With the increase of the prestress loss, the roof slab is more prone to cracking, the stiffness decreases greatly after cracking, the fracture distribution range and the mid-span deflection are large when the member fails.
