减速顶测试仪数据分析系统的开发

为提高减速顶室外在线检测的效率和可靠性,改进对减速顶的室外检测由人工踩踏来判断其好坏的现状,根据做功发热的原理,采用了测温技术,对减速顶的温度进行采集,通过对温度数据的分析,可以科学的判断出减速顶是否需要维修,从而减轻了检查人员的劳动强度,实验表明此方法是可行的。
o enhance efficiency and reliability of outdoor retarder detection-online, we improve the present situation that we determine the status of the retarder by trampled artificially. According to the the principle of doing work and then producing heat, we adopt the temperature measurement, and collect temperature data of the retarder. Through analysis on the measured data, we can determine scientifically whether the retarder need to repair, and alleciate labor intensity. Experiments show that the method is feasible.
