灌浆修补填埋场防渗层技术研究
Research of grouting repair technology for landfill liner
垃圾填埋场作为国内被广泛采用的垃圾处置方式,其运行阶段或封场以后的防渗层渗漏修补研究至今仍没有经济快捷的手段。笔者提出将灌浆技术应用到填埋场防渗层系统的渗漏修补当中,目前在国内外尚属首例,并通过小件实验、模拟装置实验、中试场试验进行了可行性探讨研究。研究表明,已有的灌浆材料基本能满足修补要求且水泥基混合材料效果更佳,反冲洗灌浆方式虽然操作繁琐,但堵漏效果良好,灌浆修补填埋场防渗层切实可行,值得进行下一步研究。
Landfill has been widely adopted as a waste disposal inland. There is still have no a economic and efficient means for the patch of liner leakage if the landfill has been closured or operation. The author come up with taking the grouting technology for the leakage repair of landfill liner system, which is currently the first case at home or abroad, and through small pieces of test, simulator experiments, and the examination room tests make a feasibility study. Studies have shown that the existing filling material can meet the requirements basic and the cement-based patching material is better than the others. Backwashing filling approach, while complicated operation, but plugging result is very good. Filling repair landfill liner is feasible, which is worth for the further study.
