基于ATmega128的CF卡接口设计

F卡，Compact Flash，最初是一种用于便携式电子设备的数据存储设备。作为一种存储设备，它革命性的使用了闪存，于1994年首次由SanDisk公司生产并制定了相关规范。CF接口已广泛用于PDA、笔记本电脑、数码相机和包括台式机在内的各种设备。本文采用ATmega128作为核心，设计了CF接口电路，可以将CF卡作为系统的存储装置，弥补了传统单片机内存不足的缺点，对于存储容量较大的系统有极大的实用价值。
Fcard (Compact Flash)is used as a Portable electronic devices of data storage device at first. as a storage device,it uses the flash,and makes the Specification by SanDisk company. CF card has been used in PDA、notebook compute、Digital cameras and other device include the Desktop computer.This article uses the ATmega128 as the mcu,designs the CFinterface circuit,that can be used in the system which needs the Bulk storage .
