Effects of CaCl2 doping on the thermoelectric properties of Ca3Co4O9 ceramics
本实验采用CaCl2掺杂固相烧结方法制备了Ca3Co4O9热电材料,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜等表征手段,研究了掺杂对其热电性能和微观结构的影响。实验结果表明:Cl离子掺杂对Ca3Co4O9陶瓷的结构产生影响,并提高了其热电性能。
In this experimentation, thermoelectric material Ca3Co4O9 was prepared by solid reaction method with CaCl2 doping. The influence of adoping on the phase,microstructure and thermoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated by XRD,SEM,etc. The results show that CaCl2 doping makes effects on the structure of Ca3Co4O9 ceramics,and improves its thermoelectric properties.
