生物体内NO定量测定方法研究进展
he Progress of Assay Methods of NO in Living Cells
活性氮(Reactive Nitrogen Species,RNS)能够调节细胞的功能,在生物体内细胞的信号传递、生理病理等过程中发挥重要的作用。因此,建立准确性好、灵敏度高、操作简单的RNS检测方法,可为某些疾病的早期诊断提供重要依据。本文综述了细胞内NO分子(RNS中的最常见分子)的检测法,着重介绍了化学发光法、比色法、ESR波谱法、电化学方法以及荧光法等方法,比较分析了各方法的原理及优缺点,最后对细胞内NO分子检测方法的进一步研究及应用作了展望。
Reactive nitrogen species (RNS) with its diverse functions in biological cells can play an important role in physiology and pathology. Therefore, the establishment of RNS detection method with good accuracy, high sensitivity and convenient operation is essential to provide an important basis for the early diagnosis of certain diseases.This review has summarized different methodologies and techniques such as chemiluminescence, colorimetry, ESR spectroscopy, electrochemical sensors and fluorescence to achieve direct quantitative determination of NO(the most common RNS molecules) and analyzed the mechanism and advantages or disadvantages of each method by contrast. Finally, the outlook has been made to obtain further research and applications of intracellular NO molecular.
