古尔班通古特沙漠不同区域生物结皮的分布及其与微生物关系

BSC distributions in different regions and relationship with soil microbes in the Gurbantunggut desert

生物结皮(biological soil crust, BSC)是荒漠地区主要的植被景观,有着重要的生态作用。本研究以古尔班通古特沙漠8个典型样地生物结皮为研究对象,通过调查不同区域结皮的分布面积,分析结皮层土壤养分及土壤微生物碳源利用能力,探讨了土壤微生物与生物结皮生长发育的关系。试验结果表明土壤有机质含量和生物结皮面积正相关,苔藓结皮的面积与土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾等含量都呈正相关。Biolog生态板培养结果表明结皮层土壤微生物AWCD、物种丰富度指数H、物种均匀度指数U以及碳源利用能力均呈现出南部区域高而北部区域低的趋势,即生物结皮越发达,覆盖度面积越大,土壤微生物种类越多,各菌类分布越均匀;各样地土壤微生物利用的主要碳源为酯类和醇类,其中胺类碳源利用力与地衣结皮面积显著正相关,酸类碳源利用力与藻结皮面积显著负相关。

BSC is the main vegetation landscapes, and plays very important ecological functions in arid regions.in this research, 8 typical plots BSC were sampled, some contents were analyzed such as the coverage area, soil nutrition content and the soil microbes carbon usage. Based on the above contents, the relationship between soil microbes and the growth and development of BSC was discussed. The result showed that oil organic matter is positively correlated with the BSCs area. Moreover, the moss crusts area is positively correlated with soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. The results of Biolog-ECO cultivation indicated that the soil microbial AWCD, species richness index BSC distributions in different regions and relationship with soil microbes in the Gurbantunggut desertH, species evenness index U and carbon source usage were higher in south of desert than that of the north, which means that with the development of BSC and higher coverage area, the soil microbial species is more rich, and the species distribution is more evenness. Besides this, the result also implied that esters and alcohols are the main carbon sources of BSC in different desert regions. The amines carbon source usage has significant positive correlation with the lichen crusts area, and there is significant negative correlation between acid carbon source usage and algal crusts area.
