为了获得结构紧凑的高性能超导滤波器,采用了微带线线宽和线条间距均为80 µm的螺旋形谐振器结构进行设计,并在2英寸的基片上实现了中心频率仅为183 MHz的8节滤波器。通过精确设计并采用高精度加工工艺,滤波器无需调谐即表现出良好性能,插损小于0.27 dB,反射损耗大于13.8 dB。将实际制作的超导滤波器与低温低噪声放大器相连构成的超导滤波器系统,反射损耗大于15.8 dB,带内增益为20.7 dB,增益平坦度小于0.15 dB,满足应用要求。
compact eight-pole high temperature superconducting (HTS) filter with a 2 MHz bandwidth at 183 MHz is developed on a 2-inch MgO substrate. The measured response of the filter shows a high performance without any tuning. We use a compact half-wavelength spiral resonator in the design process. The linewidth of the resonator is 80 µm, and the gap between tracks is 80 µm. The fabrication process was carefully carried out, and the untuned measured results of the filter show a high performance. The passband insertion loss is less than 0.27 dB, and the return loss is better than 13.8 dB. The measurement of the untuned HTS filter connected with a low noise amplifier (LNA) shows an excellent performance with return loss better than 15.8 dB and power gain 20.7 ± 0.08 dB.
