本文采用比较法研究了企业员工的内部晋升过程问题。研究表明:目前的内部晋升过程存在缺陷,通过引入多梯队晋升制度、胜任力模型、晋升岗位考核体系可有效解决存在问题。此外本文构筑了新的内部晋升流程。本研究对组织内部晋升过程的合理化、制度化具有重要意义。本文的创新点在于将晋升岗位考核体系引入晋升过程,分析被晋升人员的适应性。

his paper researches on the promotion of employees in the process of internal problems using comparison study. Research shows that there are many shortcomings in the current process of internal promotion, and can effectively resolve those problems through introduce multi-tier promotion system, competent force model and job promotion evaluation system. Furthermore,this paper also builds a new internal promotion process. The research is very important for rationalizing and institutionalizing the promotion process within the organization. The innovation of this paper is analysis the adaptability of promotion Staff through introduce the post evaluation system to the promotion course.
