基于炭黑/硅橡胶的两种不同结构的压力传感器交流特性分析
Based on the structure of carbon black/silicone rubber two different pressure sensor communication characteristics analysis
通过设计"叉指"型和"三明治"型两种炭黑/硅橡胶压力传感器,来分析炭黑/硅橡胶复合材料的压敏特性。通过在交流电压1 V、频率1 kHz条件下测试器件的复阻抗、电阻、电容随压力的变化,来探究两种结构的器件的交流特性。结果表明两种压敏元件的交流特性并不相同。对于"叉指"型结构,交流时其压敏特性主要来源于电阻的变化;对于"三明治"型结构器件,其压敏特性主要是由电容变化引起的。在10 N力作用下,"叉指"型器件的灵敏度达到20,响应恢复时间为5 s;对于"三明治"型器件,其灵敏度为5,响应恢复时间为5 s。在负载/卸载过程中,两种器件都展示了较好的灵敏度和响应恢复特性。这些表明基于炭黑掺杂硅橡胶的复合材料是制作柔性触觉传感器的理想材料。?????
"Fork" type and "sandwich" type pressure sensors based on carbon-black filled silicon rubber are designed. The pressure sensitive properties of carbon-black filled silicon rubber composite is analyzed. The AC characteristics of the sensors are explored by complex impedance, resistors and capacitors testing under AC voltage.The result shows that the AC characteristics of two kinds of pressure sensor is different For the "fork" type sensor, the mainly contributes to the pressure sensitive characteristics is the change of the resistance. For "sandwich" type sensor, the mainly contributes to the pressure sensitive characteristics is the change of the capacitance.Under a loading of 10 N, the "fork" type sensor has a sensitivity of 20 and a response and recovery time of 5S.the "sandwich" type sensor has a sensitivity of 5 and a response and recovery time of 5S. The sensors appear good sensitivity and response features in the process of loading and unloading. It shows that carbon-black filled silicone rubber composite is an ideal material for the flexible tactile sensor.
