不同离子对保水剂吸水倍率影响的比较研究

为了比较保水剂性能对不同化学离子的效应,本研究采用实验方法,测定五种保水剂(博亚黑金子、博亚农林、沃特、6F22B和SNJ-01)在常见阴、阳离子(Na+、Mg2+、Fe3+,Cl-、SO42-、H2PO4-)不同浓度溶液中的吸水倍率,分析不同化学离子及浓度对保水剂吸水倍率的影响规律。结果表明:在去离子水中,五种保水剂的吸水倍率为博亚农林>SNJ-01 >沃特>博亚黑金子>6F22B;离子浓度与五种保水剂的吸水倍率呈负相关关系,且随离子浓度增大,吸水倍率减缓。阳离子对保水剂吸水倍率影响表现为Fe3+> Mg2+> Na+。在0.001 mol/L阴离子溶液中,H2PO4-对博亚黑金子、沃特、6F22B、SNJ-01吸水倍率影响最大。博亚黑金子在0.005 mol/L、博亚农林在0.010mol/L溶液中,阴离子对吸水倍率影响为H2PO4-> SO42-> Cl-。在其它浓度时,SO42-对保水剂的吸水倍率影响最大。

Effects of different chemical ions and concentration on the water absorption rate of SAP were studied by determining the water absorption ability of five kind of SAPs to different concentration solutions of anions and cations, such as Na+、Mg2+、Fe3+,Cl-、SO42-、H2PO4- in the experiment. The results showed that the order of water absorption rate is Boya agriculture forest> SNJ-01> Wote> Boya black gold >6F22B in deionized water. With the anions and cations solutions concentration, the water absorption rate of five kind of SAPs had an obvious decreasing trend , and the change of the water absorption rate slowly down. The effect order of cations on the water absorption rate of five SAPs were Fe3+> Mg2+> Na+. For anions, the effects of H2PO4- on the water absorption rate of Boya black gold, Wote, 6F22B and SNJ-01 were largest in 0.001 mol/L concentration. The effects order of anions on the water absorption rate of Boya black gold in 0.005mol/L concentration and Boya agriculture forest in 0.010mol/L concentration were H2PO4-> SO42-> Cl-. The effects of SO42-on the water absorption rate of SAP were largest in other concentration.
