为了解新基因BE115434和X76129与大鼠再生肝的凝血反应相关性,本文按张丽君[1]等方法分离大鼠再生肝8种细胞、检测它们的基因表达变化,分析新基因的序列同源性、共表达关系及参与的生理活动。结果表明,X76129与纤溶酶原激活酶基因Plaur同源和共表达,BE115434与纤维蛋白活化因子抑制蛋白serpind1同源和共表达。它们的表达变化预示X76129和BE115434参与大鼠再生肝的凝血反应。

o explore the correlation of new genes BE115434, X76129 and blood coagulation in rat liver regenerating, in this paper, isolation of rat 8 liver cell types, and detection of gene expression change were performed according to the method described by Zhang et al. And the genes sequence homology and co-expression relation, the possible physiological activities were analyzed. It was found that X76129 and Plaur which involved in profibrinolysin activating were homologous and co-expressed, and also was BE115434 and serpind1 which involved in inhibiting fibrin activation. Their expression change predicted X76129 and BE115434 participate in blood coagulation in rat regenerating.
