影响京沪高铁项目融资结构的因素分析

hina's high-speed railway industry is developing faster and faster, high-speed rail construction project finance has become one of the first and foremost difficulties must be dealt with. By analyzing others' researches, it is found that the structure of high-speed rail project financing shows a characteristic of government-leading. This paper obtains 9 key factors affecting the financing structure by summarizing others' works and analyzes their inter-relationship by the method of DEMATEL, after which, we find the total effects and net effects of each factor and crucial factors which are affecting the financial structure most. They are: the character of high-speed railway itself, technology progress, the Government's fiscal policy. Ultimately, this paper suggests that government should promote technological innovation, and provide investors with attractive fiscal policies in order to obtain private investment in high-speed rail projects, which, in turn, will ease the crisis of government construction funds.
