医生信息质量对在线医疗社区医患信任的影响

his paper studies the impact of the information quality of doctor\'s personal information and diagnosis information on doctor-patient trust, hoping to expand the application of information quality theory in the field of doctor-patient trust and provide reference for improving the service quality of online consultation. The research constructs the online medical doctor-patient trust model from three dimensions of information source, information content and information form, combining signaling theory and information quality theory. This study collects data fromDingxiang Doctor website for empirical research, and verifies the theoretical model through regression analysis. The result shows that the doctor\'s reputation, the timeliness, detailed degree and the richness of information form all have a significant positive impact on the doctor-patient trust. The doctor\'s response frequency has a significant negative impact on the doctor-patient trust. In addition, the richness of information form weakens the positive impact of detailed degree on doctor-patient trust, and increases the negative impact of frequency on doctor-patient trust. This study provides references and suggestions for online medical platforms and doctors on how to effectively improve doctor-patient trust.
