改进TOPSIS方法在水资源分配中的应用研究
Water allocation based on improved TOPSIS methodology
水资源作为人类赖以生存的生命源泉,在国家经济发展中占据了重要地位。随着我国现有水量的急剧下降,如何合理分配各区域水资源与避免社会矛盾的发生成为亟待解决的问题。本文通过对河北省水资源现状进行分析,采用优于常规 TOPSIS 法,以"垂直距离"代替"欧式距离"进行计算。从供给与需求两方面选取了地下水储存量、生态用水量、工业用水量等7个指标,得到2021年四个城市进行水资源分配量,并将与常规 TOPSIS 法计算结果相对比,证明了该方法满足城市水资源优化配置与公平高效的原则。
s the source of life on which human beings depend for their survival, water resources occupy an important position in the country\'s economic development. With the sharp decline in the existing water volume in China, how to rationally allocate water resources in various regions and avoid the occurrence of social contradictions have become urgent problems to be solved. In this paper, by analyzing the current situation of water resources in Hebei Province, the TOPSIS method is superior to the conventional method, and the "vertical distance" is used instead of the "European distance" for calculation. From the supply and demand aspects, seven indicators such as groundwater storage, ecological water consumption and industrial water consumption were selected to obtain the water resource allocation of four cities in 2021, and the calculation results of the conventional TOPSIS method were compared, which proved that the method met the principles of optimal allocation of urban water resources and fairness and efficiency.??
