电动汽车用驱动电机与传动系统的匹配

电动汽车驱动系统性能的好坏在很大程度上取决于驱动电机。为了满足电动汽车所要求的各项性能指标,使汽车整体的性能得到更好地发挥,对电机本身性能参数的选择非常重要。同时由于电动汽车在行驶的过程中所遇到的工况比较复杂,并且所面临不同工况的阻力变化比较大,在电机和汽车的车轮之间联接上机械传动部分的变速器或固定速比减速器及主减速器,有利于减轻驱动电机及电池组的负荷,所以确定传动系统的传动比也是一个重点。本文根据电动汽车的整车参数及动力性能指标的要求,通过分析计算对驱动电机进行选型并确定了机械传动系统的传动比,使驱动电机与传动系统的参数合理匹配,有利于提高电动汽车整体的动力性能。
he performance of the drive system of EV depends largely on the driving motor. In order to meet the requirements of the various performance index of electric vehicle to improve its overall performance, choosing appropriate parameters is very important to the driving motor. It is necessary to connect a transmission or a main reducer assembly to decrease the load of the motor and the battery source between the motor and wheels because of the complicated working conditions and the large resistance change faced while the vehicle is running. so the calculation of transmission ratio is another key point . The article choosed appropriate parameters for the driving motor and designed the transmission ratio to match the parameters between the Driving Motor and the Transmission System by analysis and calculation. Meanwhile,it can help to improve the overall dynamic performance of the electric vehicle.
