砂浆施工性能影响因素
Factors Influencing Construction Performance of Cement Asphalt(CA) Mortar
为了深入了解CRTSⅡ型CA砂浆施工性能的影响因素及施工性能与力学性能的影响关系,采用正交试验方法研究了CA砂浆施工性能和28d抗压强度随水灰比、减水剂掺量和消泡剂掺量的变化规律,并讨论了各施工性能的相互关系和施工性能对力学性能的影响。结果表明:消泡剂掺量是含气量的主要影响因素,减水剂掺量是可工作时间的主要影响因素,水灰比、消泡剂及减水剂掺量都会对CA砂浆的流动性产生影响,影响的主次为减水剂掺量、消泡剂掺量、水灰比;流动度与含气量存在正相关关系,流动性越差,含气量越大;28d抗压强度随含气量的增大而降低。通过调节水灰比、消泡剂掺量、减水剂掺量使CA砂浆施工性能满足要求且稳定,是CA砂浆配合比设计和力学性能研究的基础。
In order to gain a thorough understanding on factors influencing construction performance of CRTS-Ⅱ-type cement asphalt(CA) mortar and the impact on compression strength posed by the resulting constructiton performance, orthogonal experimental design was adopted to study the construction performance and 28d compressive strength of CA mortar by changing the ratio of water to cement, defoamer and superplasticizer dosage. And relationships among various construction performances and their effect on compression strength of CA mortar were discussed on the base of test results. Results show that defoamer dosage is the major factor that impacts CA mortar's gas content. For the working hours of CA mortar, superplasticizer dosage is experimentally demonstrated as the major factor. Defoamer, superplasticizer dosage, and the ratio of water to cement all can affect CA mortar's liquidity, with descending order of importance. The separation and bleeding phenomenon have some relationship with liquidity and gas content in CA mortar. Flowability has positive correlation with gas content in CA mortar: the worse liquidity, the more gas content. 28d compressive strength of CA mortar decreases with the increase of gas content. Through changing the ratio of water to cement, defoamer and superplasticizer dosage to make construction performance of CA mortar meet requirements maintain and stable serves as the research foundation of CA mortar mix proportion design and mechanics properties investigation.
