电商平台反垄断规制的新思考

In the era of digital economy, the e-commerce platform has risen rapidly and has become an important part of China\'s economic development. Therefore, its healthy development is very important to our country. However, as the platform continues to grow, some behaviors suspected of abusing market dominance also occur from time to time. The new characteristics of the platform economy have brought many new governance challenges to anti-monopoly regulations. The article will start from the essential characteristics of the platform, comprehensively consider the characteristics of the platform economy, such as network externalities, lock-in effects, scale effects, algorithmic pricing, and the impact of dynamic competition on market structure and anti-monopoly regulation, and provide some regulations based on the analysis results suggestion. It is hoped that we can properly handle the relationship between encouraging development of the platform economy and rationally regulating monopoly behavior, creating a good market competition environment, and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of my country\'s platform economy.
