Video Mosaic Block Detection Based on FCM and Template Matching

马赛克是数字电视节目中常见的一种视频缺陷现象,会造成视频质量的下降,因此在视频序列中有效地定位并修复马赛克块变得越来越重要。本文提出一种基于FCM模糊聚类和模板匹配的方法检测视频中的马赛克块,首先,使用canny边缘检测方法检测图像的边缘。其次,使用FCM聚类方法对像素进行分类。最后,利用模板匹配的方法检测马赛克块。基于OpenCV库函数进行算法实现,实验结果验证了所提算法的有效性。

Mosaic is common in digital TV of a video defects phenomenon, can cause video quality degrade, so positioning and restoring Mosaic block effectively in video sequences become more and more important. This paper presents a fuzzy clustering based on FCM and template matching method of detecting video Mosaic pieces, first of all, use the canny edge detection method detect the edge of image. Secondly, use of FCM clustering method to the pixel classification. Finally, use the template matching method detect Mosaic block. Based on the OpenCV library function, achieve the relevant algorithm, experiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
