组建煤矿井下工作面的新型无线通讯网络,可以有效弥补传统无线技术应用于井下工作面的缺陷,增强无线网络的可靠性,对实现采煤机远程监控具有重要意义。基于课题组自行研发的本安型无线mesh交换机,构建了工作面的无线mesh网络,并结合双环工业以太网组建了井下-井上的双向高速通讯网络,试验证明:该无线Mesh网络在井下工作面具有良好的通信效果,单个节点之间通信距离达到66m,能满足流畅的视频传输。

Formation of the new wireless network in underground mine face will effectively offset defects of traditional wireless technology used in underground mining, and it will enhance the reliability of wireless network. It is an important measure to realize the remote control for shearer. A kind of wireless mesh networks was built in underground mine face based on the intrinsically safe wireless mesh switchthe the group self-developed . Combing with double-loop industrial Ethernet, the communication networks of shearer control system was formed. The Wireless Mesh Network in the mine face has good performance of communication result, which can satisfy the smooth video transmission and communication distance between a single node is up to 66m.
