Fungal extracellular polymeric substances and their interaction mechanisms with heavy metals
真菌胞外聚合物(EPS)是近年来真菌微生物研究的热点,在食品、医药工业和环境污染治理中起着非常重要的作用。文章综述了国内外真菌胞外聚合物(EPS)提取方法、EPS产量影响因素、组成成分和结构的研究进展,以及在环境中与重金属作用的分子机制研究,并探讨了胞外聚合物与重金属污染治理之间的联系。对亟待解决的研究内容进行了展望,以便更好地为国内真菌胞外聚合物和重金属污染治理等方面的研究提供参考。
Fungal extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) are highlight in recent fungal micro-organisms research. It plays a very important role in the food and pharmaceutical industry and environmental pollution control. This paper summarized the research progress of the extraction methods, yield factors, composition and structure of fungal extracellular polymeric substances (EPS), as well as the molecular mechanism with heavy metals in environment. The relation between extracellular polymeric substances and heavy metals pollution control was discussed. The urgent research topics were prospected in order to provide a reference for the domestic research of pollution control about fungal EPS and heavy metals.
