应急物流物资调度及运输方法的研究
Research on Materials Dispatching and Transportation Method for Emergency Logistics
应急物资的合理调度运输,是应急物流的关键问题。本文对应急物资调度及运输问题进行研究,首次提出并建立了以时间最短、成本最低为目标,物资调度、物资运输为维度的二维多目标优化数学模型,采用出救点进行分解的方法对模型进行降维,并对比了理想点法与蚁群算法在解决此问题上的优劣,最终选用理想点法进行求解,最后进行了仿真实验,验证了模型的合理性和算法的正确性,解决了应急物资调度及运输问题。
Reasonable dispatch and transportation of emergencymaterial is one of the key problems of emergency logistics. In thispaper, emergency material dispatch and transportation problemis studied,and the two-dimensional, the material dispatching andthe material transportation, and multi-objective, achieving theshortest time and the shortest cost, optimization model is putforward for the first time. The method of rescue pointdecomposition is used to reduce the dimension of the model. Aftercomparing the ideal points algorithm with ant colony algorithm,the ideal points algorithm is chosen to solve the problem. Moreover, the simulation experiment is done to verifythe rationality of the model and the correctness of the algorithm,thus emergency material dispatch and transportation problem issolved.
