基于弹性力学理论的隔爆壳体计算方法

在井下复杂的工作环境中,要求隔爆壳体有足够的强度和刚度,保证内部发生爆炸时,壳体能够承受爆炸产生的冲击力并阻止能量传到外部,点燃环境中的可燃气体。为了寻求一种简化方法对隔爆壳体进行正确而可靠的设计和计算,在分析工况爆炸压力的基础上,提出了运用弹性薄板小挠度理论计算壳体的应力和应变。对隔爆壳体进行简化,根据隔爆壳体的强度刚度要求,得出隔爆结构的具体参数。
In the underground complex work environment, the flameproof shell requires sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that when an internal explosion happens, shell can withstand the impact of the explosion and prevent energy to spread to external to ignite the flammable gases in the environment. In order to find a simplified method for flameproof shell for accurate and reliable design and calculation, on the basis of analysis of explosion pressure conditions, proposed the use of small deflection theory of thin elastic to calculate the stress and strain of shell. Simplify the structure of flameproof shell, according the requirements of stiffness and strength to obtain the specific parameters of flameproof shell.
