基于三相并网电流源型逆变器的新型无源阻尼拓扑分析
Based on the three-phase grid type current source inverter of the novel passive damping topological analysis
三相并网电流源型逆变器传统采用电网侧电感并联电阻的无源阻尼方法,增大系统阻尼来抑制输出滤波器谐振,但其存在阻尼损耗大和高频谐波衰减率高的缺点,故本文基于传统方案基础上,提出两种新型的无源阻尼拓扑。主要分析新型无源阻尼结构系统参数的设计方法和在相同系统参数下,对两种新型无源阻尼的阻尼效果、谐波滤除能力和阻尼损耗进行对比分析。最后,为了验证提出的新拓扑性能及提出的电流源逆变器输出滤波器参数设计方法的有效性,通过Matlab/Simulink并网仿真,验证了提出拓扑的可行性和参数设计方法的有效性。
ype three-phase grid current source inverter traditional passive damping of the grid side inductance parallel resistance method, increase the system damping resonance to suppress the output filter, but its damping loss and high frequency harmonic attenuation rate is high, this paper based on the traditional scheme put forword two kinds of new type of passive damping topology. Mainly analyzes the structure of a new type of passive damping of the system parameter design method and under the same system parameters, the passive damping for two kinds of new type damping effect, ability of harmonic filter and damping loss are analyzed in comparison. Finally, in order to verify the proposed new topological properties and put forward a current source inverter output filter parameter design method is effective, respectively, through the Matlab/Simulink interconnection and interconnection test, verify the feasibility of the proposed topology and parameters design method is effective.
