基于backwards变量筛选法的北京房地产分析

Beijing s housing prices still shows a substantial increase after a series of policies were implemented to achieve the stability of the house prices by the central authorities. In this paper, the recent situation of the development of the real estate industry in Beijing is probed into. On this base, the major determinants of the real estate value are investigated, and independent variables are filtered by the method of“Backwards”. Moreover, the economic model is established, from which, the major effectors on the real estate value will be found and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
