苦荞麦总黄酮含量测定方法研究
Study on the determination method of the total flavonoids content for Fagopyrum tartaricum（L.）Gaertn
目的：建立苦荞麦总黄酮含量测定方法。方法：应用L9 (34)正交试验设计优选苦荞麦总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件；采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果：优选所得的苦荞麦总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为：加100倍量甲醇，加热回流2次，每次提取2h；苦荞麦总黄酮平均含量为4.03%，RSD为0.98%(n=5)；平均回收率为100.98%，RSD为2.15%(n=5)。结论：用紫外-可见分光光度法测定苦荞总黄酮含量，稳定性好，合理、可行。
Objective: To investigate the determination method of the total flavonoids content for Fagopyrum tartaricum Gaertn. Method: The optimum extraction condition for Fagopyrum tartaricum Gaertn was investigated by the L9 (34) orthogonal design. The measurement method of the total flavonoids was determined by UV-VIS. Result: The optimal conditions of the total flavonoids content for Fagopyrum tartaricum Gaertn were as follows: the raw materials were extracted 2 times with 100 times methanol for 2h. The average total flavonoids content was 4.03%, the RSD was 0.98% (n=5). And the average recovery rate was 100.98%, the RSD was 2.15% (n=5). Conclusion: The determination method with UV-VIS is reliable, reasonable and feasible.
