我国大城市交通可持续发展对策分析

People are more and more concerned with urban transportation problems such as more vehicles and fewer roads，traffic congestion , disharmony between the transportation development and resources uses ,and serious environmental pollution from transportation. This paper introduced the current situation of big cities and problem existing in china, then analyzed the successful experiences of transportation development in overseas big cities and pointed out that public transport played an important role for urban traffic sustainable development. Finally, some countermeasures were given for traffic sustainable development in big cities.
