Scrambling Code Planning for TD_SCDMA
本文通过分析TD_SCDMA系统扰码的特性和相关性，提出了一种尽量避免冲突，增大复用距离的扰码规划方法，从而能够给小区选择最合适的扰码。同时文中还给出了两种扰码分配质量的评估方法，方便对规划的结果进行验证。
his paper introduces a scrambling code planning method to avoid conflicts and increase reuse distance by analyzing the peculiarity and relativity of scrambling code for TD_SCDMA. Then two methods used to estimate quality of scrambling code assignment are given in order to help check the planning result.
