计算机辅助教学，对传统教学思想和教学方式的变革起到了极大的促进作用。本文针对食品工程专业课程的教学特点，探讨了计算机模拟在食品工程专业教学中的应用，采用可视化编程语言VB，开发出了一套符合我校实际的新一代的基于Windows平台的食品工程实验模拟软件，并展望了实验的计算机模拟的发展前景
