江苏省公共产品的供给规模和效率分析
Measurement of public goods’ scale and efficiency in Jiangsu Province
公共产品是与市场经济联系在一起的，公共产品的供给对于经济与社会的发展具有重要的影响。本文基于分级制条件下,首先分析了政府分级供给公共产品的必要性，然后根据2006年的统计数据，分析了江苏省公共产品的供给规模，并且从公共服务、公共物品以及居民福利三个方面测度了公共产品的供给效率问题。
Public goods connects with the market economy,and the supply of public goods has an important effect on economy and society’ s development. Based on the current classification system, we first give the necessary of the classification, then we analyze the scale of public goods in Jiangsu Province according to the statistical data of 2006,and we measure the efficency of public goods from public service,public goods and welfare aspects.
