在日本,全长15m以上的公路桥梁约15万座,未来针对这些桥梁的养护管理、维护更新费用及其降低成本成为目前重要课题。日本现在服役的桥梁半数以上是上世纪50年代中期经济高速发展时期集中建设的桥梁。因此,当前已迎来了桥梁有必要大规模补修或重修时期的到来,如何有效的维护桥梁的价值、功能以及如何在有限的财政基础上达到最小的破坏风险,是一个共同的目标。

In Japan, the number of highway bridges over 15m is about 150,000. So it has been an important subject to reduce the maintenance management cost of these bridges. More than half of the existing bridges in Japan were constructed during the period of rapid economic growth from the middle of 1950s. Therefore, the period of extensive repair or rebuilding for these bridges has come. How to effectively maintain the value and function of these bridges and how to minimize the damage risk on the basis of limited finance is a common goal.
