粉煤低温干馏现状及发展趋势
Status and Trend of pulverized coal low-temperature pyrolysis
本文对煤干馏过程与煤液化、煤气化过程进行对比,分析了煤干馏的优势与缺点。简要介绍了国内外粉煤干馏的现状、主要工艺和干馏设备。通过分析干馏产品的物理、化学性质及影响干馏产品质量的因素,结合目前干馏产品的需求状况及经济效益,阐述了未来粉煤干馏的发展趋势。中国非炼焦用煤、褐煤或高挥发分烟煤储量丰富,若能通过低温干馏回收煤气与油,可使煤得到有效的综合利用。
In this paper compares the coal carbonization process and coal liquefaction, coal gasification process in order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of coal pyrolysis. This article briefly describes the status of domestic and international coal pyrolysis, the main process equipment of drying pulverized coal distillation and pyrolysis. Through analysis the physical and chemical properties of pyrolysis products and the factors that affect the pyrolysis products, context of the current demand conditions and cost-effectiveness of drying distillation products, set out the future development trend of pulverized coal pyrolysis. Coking coal, the lignite or high volatile coal reserves is rich in china, if can get the low temperature pyrolysis gas and oil recovery, it can make the comprehensive utilization of coal effectively.
