焊接智能控制建模中离散化方法的研究

智能控制方法对于焊接这样得复杂系统具有重大的意义,但很多智能方法涉及到对连续数据的处理,需要进行离散化处理,且离散化效果的好坏最终影响建模效果的好坏。本文以目前在焊接领域得到越来越重视的粗糙集理论方法为例,对智能控制中的离散化方法做了研究,确立了焊接领域离散化算法的评价标准,研究常用的离散化方法对智能建模效果的影响,并确立何种方法更优以及离散化参数的选择。
Intelligent control is significant to welding automation. However, many intelligent control methods concern the treatment of continuous data, and rely on the discretization quality. In this paper, we use the rough set theory to test the effection of discretization method to intelligent modeling. The evaluation standard is confirmed for welding field, and common discretization method is compared for the sampled data from a special designed welding experiment. At last, some conclusion is given.
