ERK1/2信号通路在脑缺血再灌注中的作用机制研究进展
Progress in Research on the Effect and Mechanism of ERK1/2 Signaling Pathway in Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion
缺血性脑血管病导致脑组织损伤的机制及信号转导途径是近年来的研究热点,其中ERK1/2信号通路是一条经典且重要的途径,目前研究表明该通路参与了脑缺血损伤的神经细胞凋亡的过程,而具体的作用机制尚存在争议。该文近三年有关脑缺血再灌注与ERK1/2信号通路相关性研究成果及文献进行综述,进而对今后的研究思路进行建议。
he mechanism and signal transduction pathway of brain tissue injury caused by ischemic cerebrovascular disease has recently become a hot spot of research for several years.
