人员密集场所火灾致因分析及预防措施

本文针对人员密集场所的火灾特点，结合近十年来四十三起人员密集场所火灾案例，采用事故树致因分析方法，对人员密集场所的火灾从"人、物、环境及管理"等方面进行了分析，得出了火灾的主要因素。在分析的基础上，提出了从技术、组织管理以及教育出发的防治措施，以达到降低火灾发生概率，减少人员伤亡和火灾损失的目的。
ccording to the fire characteristics of crowd places, combining 43 cases of fire in the last 10 years, it adopts the method of fault tree causation to analysis "people, matter, environment and management" of the crowd places, and then it gets main factors of fire. Prevention measures that are based on technical, organizing management and education are proposed in order to reduce the probability of fire, the casualty and fire losses.
