掺铥钨酸盐晶体的光谱研究
Research on spectrum in Tm3+-doped tungstate
采用丘克拉斯基法生长出Tm3+:BaWO4单晶,并在室温下测量了掺铥钨酸钡晶体的吸收光谱。Tm3+:BaWO4晶体在268nm和362nm光源激发下,可以分别观测到位于477.2nm(1G4→3H6)和455.5nm(1D2→3F4)的可见荧光。本文还报道了在Nd:YAG激光器产生波长1.06μm强脉冲激光激发ZnWO4:Tm3+单晶时,测得 Tm3+离子1G4至3H6跃迁的波长在484 nm范围的蓝色上转换荧光光谱。
he Tm3+:BaWO4 single crystals were grown by Czochralski method. Absorption spectra of the crystal have been measured at room temperature. The luminescence at 477.2nm(1G4→3H6) and 455.5nm(1D2→3F4) are measured respectively under excitation by 268nm and 362nm. In addition,we report the up-converted blue luminescence at 484nm due to 1G4→1H6 radiation transitions is measured under excitation by 1.06μm laser radiation from a Nd:YAG.
