技术多元化战略与企业竞争优势关系研究述评

In the context of new competition paradigm based on knowledge and learning, more and more people have recognized the important management value of technological diversification in promoting firm's innovation. The research on how technological diversification impacted on firm's competitive advantages has become an important direction in the past 20 years. The paper elaborates the concept, motivation and mode of technological diversification, and then reviews the relationship between technological diversification and competitive advantages from the perspective of theory, method and empirical research. In the end, the paper proposes the inspiration of existing research on management practice, the shortcomings of existing research and the future of related research.
