经济大省交通承载与绿色物流效率研究
Study on Traffic Carrying capacity and Efficiency of Green Logistics in the Economy-Prosperous Provinces
本文在现有绿色物流评价指标体系的基础上,从交通承载能力的角度,引入路网密度和载货综合能力,采用Super-SBM模型分析经济六省的绿色物流效率水平。结果显示:经济六省因建筑成本、交通方式选择的偏向性导致水路和陆路利用水平的差别;经济六省的绿色物流效率整体水平较高,六省均值超过1.1,可以作为其他省市物流行业的发展模板。最后,结合研究结果进行评价,对我国物流业的低碳发展提出建议。
Based on the existing green logistics evaluation index system, from the perspective of traffic carrying capacity, this paper introduces road network density and comprehensive cargo carrying capacity, and uses Super-SBM model to analyze the efficiency level of green logistics in six economic provinces. The results show that the utilization level of water and land is different in the six economic provinces due to the construction cost and the bias of transportation mode choice. The overall efficiency of green logistics in the six economic provinces is relatively high, with an average of more than 1.1, which can be used as a template for the development of logistics industry in other provinces and cities. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions on the low carbon development of Chinese logistics industry.
