本文以淮安雨润中央新天地工程的工程概况为实例,根据施工现场复杂的地质情况和不同基坑深度的特点,从基坑降水的设计优化、降水方案比较、降水井施工流程以及运行工况等方面展开研究,通过采取深井降水和轻型井点降水相结合的方式,有效的解决了大面积超深基坑降水的问题,且对周边环境的影响也降到了最低,对类似工程具有重要的借鉴和参考价值。
