睡眠健康的研究新进展
Research Progress on Sleep Health
睡眠健康是一个新兴概念,是一种多维的睡眠-觉醒模式,适应个人、社会和环境需求,从而促进身心健康。现有研究发现睡眠健康不仅与糖尿病、超重 / 肥胖和心血管风险等生理健康问题有关,还会对焦虑抑郁等心理健康问题产生重要影响。既往睡眠相关研究多侧重于睡眠障碍和睡眠问题的识别与治疗,而对睡眠健康的积极属性关注较少。本文回顾了睡眠健康现有研究,通过梳理相关文献,介绍了睡眠健康的定义、测量工具以及与健康结局的相关性,以期唤起对睡眠健康的更全面认知,为我国居民的睡眠健康研究提供参考。
Sleep health is a novel concepta multidimensional sleep-wakefulness pattern that adapts to individualsocialand environmental demands to promote physical and mental well-being. Current research has found that sleep health is not only associated with physiological health issues such as diabetesoverweight/obesityand cardiovascular risks but also has significant impacts on mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Previous sleep-related studies have primarily focused on identifying and treating sleep disorders and problemswith less attention to the positive attributes of sleep health. This review summarizes studies on sleep healthincluding its definitionmeasurement toolsand correlations with health outcomesaiming to foster a more comprehensive understanding of sleep health and provide a reference for research on sleep health among Chinese residents.
