Review on virtual NC machining and simulation
虚拟数控加工与仿真技术是在虚拟的条件下对数控设备的工作过程和加工环境进行全面仿真的技术。本文主要介绍了虚拟数控加工与仿真技术的特征及应用价值,阐述了虚拟数控加工与仿真技术中几何方法和物理方法等方法的分类及各自研究状况,旨在为今后研究指明方向。
Virtual NC machining and simulation technology is a comprehensive simulation technology on the working process of the NC equipment and processing environment under the condition of virtual.In this paper, the characteristics of virtual NC machining and simulation technology and its application value were introduced. The virtual NC machining and simulation technology in the geometric method and physical method and other methods of classification and their respective research situation were elaborated aimed to indicate future research direction.
