电磁声发射作为一种新型的无损检测技术,对金属构件进行电磁加载会在裂纹处产生洛伦兹力,进而激发出声发射信号,可实现活性缺陷的检测或对缺陷的损伤程度进行评估。电磁超声换能器(EMAT)是电磁超声技术的核心,能够在金属构件的集肤层内激发出超声波。由于两者都是通过电磁-应力耦合的原理在金属构件中激发超声波,因此,本文将EMAT电磁加载装置应用于电磁声发射检测,构建了具有输出激励信号、数据采集、信号处理、数据存储等功能于一体的虚拟仪器,搭建了完整的实验系统,进行了铝板和钢板试件的检测实验,通过对比人工缺陷、通孔和完好板材的信号,证明使用EAMT可进行电磁声发射检测。

Electromagnetic acoustic emission as a new type of nondestructive testing technology, electromagnetic loading of the metal artifacts can produce Lorentz force in the crack, thus stimulates the noise emission signal, which can realize active defects detection or to evaluate the damage degree of defects. Electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer (EMAT) is the core of electromagnetic ultrasonic technology, which can excite the ultrasonic wave in the skin layer of the metal component. Due to both of them through the principle of electromagnetic - stress coupling stimulates the ultrasonic in the metal component, therefore, this paper applies the EMAT electromagnetic loading device to the electromagnetic acoustic emission detection, constructed with output excitation signal, data acquisition, signal processing, data storage, and other functions in the integration of virtual instrument, the complete experimental system is set up, the experiment of aluminum sheet and plate specimen detection were carried out, by comparing the defect, hole and intact plate signal, the EAMT can be used for the detection of electromagnetic acoustic emission.
