几种DNA序列谱分析方法的比较
he Spectrum Analysis of DNA Sequences
本文在对DNA序列数值化的基础上，对DNA序列进行了直接傅立叶变换，自相关函数法的谱分析，和Wigner-Ville分布方法的时频分析，从中得到DNA序列的周期特性，并对三种方法的性能进行了比较。
o find out the periodicity characters of DNA sequence, the spectrum of DNA sequence is analyzed by Fourier transform, Autocorrelation function and Wigner-Ville distribution of time-frequency analysis, respectively, then performances of the three methods are compared in this paper.
