周转轮系的传动比计算属于大学教材内容。目前的教材均使用经典的绝对方向法。对于轴线不都平行的轮系,在绝对方向的判断上有难度。本文提出了标注方向法:在其转化轮系当中,各轮转向按照传动关系标注,然后按照定轴轮系列出传动比大小的传动比计算式。如果某轮转速的计算值为负,则其真实转动方向与预先标注的相反。算例证明该方法简便有效,可补充相关教材。

he epicyclic gear train speed ratio calculation belongs to the university teaching material content. The actual teaching materials apply the classical absolute direction method. To the epicyclic gear train whose all axis aren't parallel, it is difficult to judge the absolute direction. The label direction method is presented. In the changed gear train, the direction of each gear is labeled according to the transmission relation. Then the speed ratio value formula is gotten according to the fixed axial gear train. If the calculating value of a gear is negative, its real rotating direction is opposite to the label direction. The calculating example proves the simplify and validity of the presented method. So it can supplement the teaching material.
