In this paper, an optical patch to generate the zero-order Bessel beam at W band is designed. The optical patch includes a diagonal horn, a converx lens, and an axicon, which can transform the Gaussian beam radiated from the diagonal horn to the zero-order Bessel beam. The generated zero-order Bessel beam has a very narrow beam in the center and can propagete a certain distance suffering only a little diffraction.
