在高可靠保密通信中,常采用宽带的跳频手段,这对收发信机的带宽提出了较高的要求。本论文采用推挽结构的功放管并综合使用传输线巴伦、漏栅负反馈等技术设计实现了一款宽带功率放大器。该功放工作带宽超过4个倍频程,输出功率大于10W,带内平坦度小于2dB。

Broadband frequency hopping is often used in highly reliable communication systems. However this makes higher requirements of transreceiver's bandwidth. In this work, we designed a broadband power amplifier which used push-pull transistor ,transmission line balun and drain-gate feedback techniques, and so on. The operating bandwidth of the power amplifier is more than four octave, output power is over 10 watts and the band flatness is no more than 2 dB.
