基于粒度熵的知识约简算法及其应用
Knowledge Reduction Algorithm Based on Granularity Entropy and Its Application
粒度计算是一种较新的软计算方法,可以有效地分析和处理不完备信息。介绍了知识粒度、粒度熵、相对粒度熵及属性重要性等概念以及计算方法,提出了基于粒度熵的知识约简算法并将该算法应用于电力变压器的故障诊断中。最后通过实例验证说明了该算法的有效性。
Granular computing theory is a relatively new soft computing tool to analyze and deal with incomplete information effectively. In this paper, we introduce the concept of knowledge granulation, granularity entropy, relatively granularity entropy, the importance of attribute and their computational methods. Also, we propose the knowledge reduction algorithm based on granularity entropy and use it in fault diagnosis of power transformer. Finally, the validity of proposed algorithm is proved by the application of practical database.
