针对双级矩阵变换器(Two-stage Matrix Converter, TSMC)共模电压负面效应问题,传统空间矢量调制策略需要在每个开关周期内对共模电压产生规律进行分析,制定相应抑制规则人为调整逆变级零矢量,此方法人为工作量大并需整流逆变两级协调,更增加了系统复杂性。因此,研究了一种带共模电压抑制功能的TSMC模型预测控制策略,利用TSMC离散数学模型和72种开关状态,以共模电压、输入无功和输出电流为控制目标,通过一个采样周期水平上的预测和直观的控制,选择最佳开关状态,使输出电流高精度跟随其参考值、输入单位功率因数,且在此基础上共模电压幅值最小。在不影响TSMC输入输出性能前提下,削减共模电压瞬时最大值,抑制其负面效应,仿真和实验结果验证了方案的可行性和有效性。

iming at the negative effects of common-mode voltage for two-stage matrix converter (TSMC), The traditional space vector modulation strategy which needs to analyze instantaneous maximum value of common-mode voltage and develop appropriate rules to adjust the zero vector for inverter stage in each switching cycle, has greater workload and more complex systems. Therefore, a model predictive control for two-stage matrix converter with common-mode voltage suppression was proposed, according to discrete mathematical models and 72 kinds of switching states, the desired switching states are selected by predicting and controlling in each sampling period to track the output current to their references without error and input currents with unity power factor and minimum common-mode voltage. Therefore, the proposed method ensures good performance of input and output for TSMC, while reducing the instantaneous maximum value of common-mode voltage and suppressing its negative effects. The feasibility and validity of the proposed method has been verified by simulation and experimental results.
