智能仪表的技术是以计算机、通信技术等现代化科学技术为基础发展起来的一项新技术。论文介绍了智能仪器的相关知识、发展状况,总结了前人的研究成果,结合现在电表收费中存在的弊端进行分析,智能电表改变了以往人工抄表的服务方式,实行无人查表,由物业管理公司或供给公司在控制中心集中抄收,避免了因人工抄表所造成的错抄、漏抄、估抄、抄表时间跨度大、工作效率低、存在安全隐患等弊端。既节省了人力物力,也提高了安全性。 本文主要介绍的是基于DL/PT645标准的智能电表的设计过程,业主在家就可查询累积电量和剩余电量。本系统所涉及的主要内容有:硬件的选用、硬件设计和软件的设计,通过对系统中涉及的硬件的选用和组合,使整个系统的功耗和稳定性达到较好效果。

he technology about the Intelligent apparatus is a recently rising technology,it based on the computer and communication. This paper introduces the related knowledge,developing state. the current achievements in the field are summarized. It analyzes the existing abuse of the electrodynamic meter's charge nowadays. Intelligent power-convertor's charge changes the past serving manner of manual work, avoids the disadvantages of the manual work, such as the wrong, liaking, and estimating reading, the great time lag, the low efficiency,the existing hidden safety problems. It not only saves the manpower and material resources,but also enhances the security. This paper 'main content is Base on DL/PT645 communication protocol of Intelligent power-convertor's hardware design process. Users will be at home for the cumulative and surplus electricity quantity. This system's main content involves the hardware chooses to use with design and the software to use with design.The system in consumption and stability is optinal effect through selection hardware.
