基于PIC单片机的升压电路的研究

在设计电容充电电路时,需要将DC110V升压为DC400V。考虑实际使用时供电电压可能会出现波动,要求在输入电压为77V-138V时,输出可基本稳定在DC400V。在DC/DC斩波电路中,Boost升压电路结构简单,只有一个开关器件,具有体积小、结构简单、变换效率高等优点。本文介绍了一种Boost升压电路的设计方法,包括硬件原理及软件流程部分,并进行了仿真验证,使电路设计可以达到预设目的。
In the design of a capacitor charging circuit, DC110V needs to be boosted to DC400V. Consider the power supply voltage may fluctuate in actual use, the requirements in the input voltage is 77V-138V, the output can be stable in the DC400V. In the DC/DC chopper circuit, Boost circuit has the advantages of simple structure, only one switching device, has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, the advantages of higher conversion efficiency. This paper introduces a design method of Boost boost circuit, including the hardware principle and software parts of the process, and the simulation is conducted, which makes the circuit can achieve the objectives.
